Candidate requirements
These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role.
- Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree (any field is welcome, but interest in Web3 or DeFi is a plus)
- Passionate about data, marketing and growth
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and proactive in your work
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Fluent communication in English
- Based in or near the Asia time zone
- Available for at least 3 weekdays per week
Job responsibilities
- Assist in designing and executing marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth end-to-end processes
- Collect and manage user reward information for campaigns, including distributing rewards as needed
- Coordinate with Brokers and Product teams to clarify campaign requirements and ensure smooth collaboration
- Track campaign budgets, help with event planning, and ensure financial alignment
- Support ad placements and manage data requirements to ensure accurate execution and analysis of campaigns
