Candidate requirements

These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role.

5+ years of full-time product management experience
1+ year of start up experience (either as an early stage founder or growth stage)
Familiarity with DeFi protocols and usage of the most popular DeFi applications
Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong ownership ability to execute in fast-paced, ambiguous circumstances.

Desirable

Familiarity with DeFi protocols and usage of the most popular DeFi applications
Familiarity with financial services (especially across lending & borrowing) terminology and concepts through university coursework or work related experience
Familiarity with smart contracts, blockchain protocols, and EVM networks

Job responsibilities

Own, prioritize, and execute across new and existing product lines to drive projects to completion
Create best in class user experiences & products for both institutional and individual users by performing discovery, feature prioritization, creating proof of concepts, and scaling product growth features
Partner closely with Engineering and Design as a part of the product development lifecycle to rapidly iterate and scale the business growth
Analyze user research and data to inform product prioritization
Test new and existing product features to optimize and ensure a seamless user experience
Work on GTM with Growth & Marketing to ship new product features, launch partnerships, and entirely new product lines.
Grow existing products and features through increasing adoption, conversion, and retention
Influence and drive alignment across a diverse set of stakeholders
