- Excellent oral, written, presentation and public speaking skills in English.
- At least 3 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 1 year dedicated to Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency sectors.
- Demonstrated understanding of and passion for blockchain technology, specifically in the context of decentralized applications (DApps).
- Proven ability to craft and implement effective marketing strategies in a tech-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills, with a knack for engaging diverse audiences within the Web3 community.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
- Creative and analytical mindset, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Desirable
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Fluency in Spanish, French, Mandarin and Russian.
- Experience of managing distributed teams.
Job responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Kleros' objectives, leveraging market insights to position Kleros as a leader in decentralized justice.
- Community Development: Cultivate and expand Kleros' presence within the Web3 and blockchain communities, engaging with influencers, developers, and users to build a supportive and active ecosystem.
- Innovative Content Creation: Oversee the production of compelling content that resonates with the Web3 audience, including educational materials, use cases, blog posts, and social media campaigns.
- Dynamic Campaign Execution: Launch and manage creative marketing campaigns that clearly communicate Kleros' value proposition, driving adoption and user engagement.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adapting strategies to maximize reach and impact.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay at the forefront of blockchain and Web3 trends, identifying opportunities for Kleros to lead and innovate within the evolving digital landscape.
- Cross-functional coordination: Work alongside product, development, and sales teams to ensure unified messaging and strategic alignment across all platforms and initiatives and the meeting of timelines agreed internally and externally.
