Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain staking infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the economics team to identify and analyse staking opportunities.
- Collaborate with blockchain engineers to integrate smart contracts and SDKs for interacting with protocol.
- Write clean, maintainable code and perform code reviews.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in DeFi and blockchain technologies.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Backend/DevOps Engineer or similar role.
- Blockchain: Knowledge of blockchain consensus and staking mechanisms.
- DevOps: Proficient with DevOp practices and tools.
- AWS Services: Skilled working with cloud providers like AWS to build complex systems.
- Smart Contracts: Ability to write in Solidity with a focus on security best practices.
- Databases: Knowledgeable about databases and SQL.
- Version Control: Expertise in Git.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to work in an agile environment.
